Well before I was running test 400 with xxx but haven't touched anything in 2years just been training natural but am looking to add some size as not seeming to happen no matter how hard I train and eat natural
I apologise for posting link didn't realise so bad, a skinny guy......I was 14stone and have stripped to 11stone I have 17" biceps and my definition is unreal. I've trained for 7 years so please tell me y I shouldn't use???
