Well, fact of the matter is I'm going to run a cycle in the next 2-3 months. When I first started training I was taught buy an ex juicer still weighing 200lbs at 8% BF mid 30's. He has even told me I don't need it. Not said I shouldn't because that's my choice... I see plenty of young morons like myself running cycles at younger ages. 21, beats 17-18. I'm asking for advice here, it'd be good to hear what I can do to recover from my shut down from experiences from anyone here and even if my age may effect other things I might not know..
