Running 1st cycle any suggestions would be helpful

2 hours in the gym?

What are you doing for 2 hours?

multiple body parts... my split is

Day 1: chest/back abs
Day 2: bis/tris/delts/traps/obliques
Day 3: legs

Even with super and trisets I average 1 hour 45 mins to 2 hrs
 
Yea right about the same workout......so the nolva wont be what i need i should purchase the hcg
 
Why doesn't this cycle work this is the exact cycle a friend of mine did same company i bought it from, he gained and kept 17lbs 45 lbs on bench acne was the only side....i just wanted to find out if my estrogen is gonna be to low for me to get good gains......i know if Estrogen levels are to low the test bal is off and gaining muscle is more difficult.
 
What happened to guys doing a couple of dbol a day for a few weeks as a first cycle? When I first did that I was thrilled at my progress. Everybody wants to be Jay Cutler in 12 weeks. And with all the protection available now, they ignore it. Ugh.

In short, nolva is shit. Take precaustions. Keep it simple and get some N2GUARD. It's idiotic proof.

Don't stay on too long.

Roger thanks for the help guys, i got this shit for free so I'll spend the money for the extra stuff.....i was just looking at the size that my buddy gained so when he offered his extra stuff i jumped on it....thx again for the help I'll post journal on whatever section of the forum.....hoping to go from 180-195lbs and taking my bench from 270-325
