Stats:

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 165lbs
Age: 21
BF%: 15%

Trained hard for 5 years.

My First Go:

Weeks 1-8: 400mg Test Enanthate 300mg Deca

Clomid Post-Cycle.

Nolvadex & Proviron on hand in case of gyno

i personally wouldnt run that for my first. i would run test+dbol, or just test alone. then for my second i would do deca+dbol or winny. i started on test+dbol. gained 30lbs and kept 27 of it. i credit that to diet and training post cycle. thats just my opinion though.

That looks ok, but I think you might be better off to try something like this:

500mg Sust for 8 weeks
.5 liquidex ED
Clomid for post cycle recovery

I look and feel way better when running liquidex on cycle. I will never do a cycle again without it.

Do the above cycle with proper diet, training, and rest and you will be in for some really nice gains without getting bloated to shit.

I agree with Pin and Dantes just run one AS your first time by doing that you can get a good read on how you react to AS. I did my first last summer 250mg Test Cyp a week for 10 weeks and went from 212 to 235. I was also taking l-dex .5mg day throughout the cycle and post-cycle clomid to keep any bloat away. That was before I started playing rugby last fall, since I've found that the extra weight actually hurts more that helps. Good luck with your cycle.

Hey Gatekeeper, good to see another rugby player on the board. I'm only 165lbs and my lack of strength is now showing on the field. I only want/need around 10lbs.

Yeah us ruggers got it pretty tough keeping on a good amount of weight and still be able to run for 80mins. I'm going to hit up another cycle of test + winny this summer and do some serious conditioning for 7's. What I'm hoping for it to attain the level of fitness I need for a forward and put on 10 to 12lbs in the process. Keep me posted on your results.
