Rs-transderm / year long cycle

Ok, so was inspired to do a log after doing a little research and receiving some awesome feedback from several members..

This is going to be an interesting and difficult log you'll see why as you read! I am going to keep ALOT of info brief due to anonymity purposes!! In short I am a paraplegic as a result from serving our country.

Almost 40, very active, and been back to training seriously for the last two years. My injuries resulted in a low but still acceptable test count for having a spinal cord injury (SCI) so I took matters into my own hands.. VA sucks in this area!

Prior to my injury I had around 6 or so cycles under my belt was 6'1", 235lbs at 10% bf. Post injury this is technically my 2nd cycle after but is going to be a year long cycle! I look athletic / like I work out but nowhere near prior to injuries and say approximate bf is around 12%.

I am starting my 11th week and every 10 weeks am basically going to run a "booster" for approximately 4 weeks to do exactly that, boost my ass to train harder. And also experiment here and there (maybe add a "cutter", "bulker", adjust diet accordingly etc) to maximize my progress.. Keep in mind, there are no scales, bf calipers / formulas for someone in a wheelchair! So I'm gonna have to figure out another way to measure / log my progress. So input would be appreciated. No pics though!!

Baseline cycle:

250mg test enth week
250mg EQ week
.25mg dex E3days
250iu's HCG 2x a week ONLY during boost sessions.

I am also taking finesteride, a multivitamin and a few Rx'd meds (not gonna disclose) for various reasons related to being a paraplegic, enough said...

Ok, having moderate experience playing in the "kitchen" I added 6 grams of test prop (TP) powder to my bottle of transderm. Which BTW arrived within 3 days of order placement. I weighed out and added the TP straight to the transderm. The ingredients of transderm are a perfect carrier so never having tried a transdermal test I thought this would be SUPER easy since NTBM did all the hard work already for me at a fraction of the cost!!!!!

After adding the TP it needed a warm bath (pot of warm water over the stove). BTW upon arrival the transderm bottle looked a little "grainy" to begin with.. After warming the bottle became clear and turned to the color of honey (or tren for you homebrewers out there).

Upon cooling and sitting on my shelf now for almost a week the volume and consistency has remained the same (a good sign). Volume increased 23% making this now a 73.8 dose product or 36.9 days of usage and 162.60mg of TP per day.

BUT as some of you know.. Transderm delivery is supposedly only about 40% so we can estimate only 65mg of TP will actually be utilized BUT that's still approximately 455mg "boost"!! ;-)

1st dose tomorrow morning...

So 1st dose was at 0630 and came out smooth but was moderately "sticky".

Remained noticeably sticky 2 hours later, not sure if this is from adding TP or just the product?

I am confident the recipe modification is going to be a success!! Reason being, after church we went out for brunch as usual and I was VERY irritable. I felt like a teenager again, lol. The wife and friends even commented asking if I "woke up on the wrong side if the bed".

2nd dose was around 1800 same sticky consistency...

Workout's resume tomorrow afternoon. I post my weekly routine and diet in a couple days. I'm highly considering having some blood work done in a couple weeks. Somewhere someone was posting it was around $50 so I'll search the posts later...

Hey I'm not trying to be an asshole so please don't don't it the wrong way I'm just not smart at medical terms ..paraplegic is paralyzed from waist down right? I take my hat off to you for serving the country and still after all this still workout man that's awesome and u have my support

Lol, Local... Your tactful approach is more than respectful. Yes, you are correct I am paralyzed from exactly the bellybutton down. Ty for the compliment / support.

This is going to be a fun log. And without a doubt the transderm is an excellent carrier for adding extra ?? to the recipe. I've been at work for a couple hours and am already irritable. It's feeling a lot like puberty or tren.

So here is my weekly routine (all all 4 sets at 6-8 reps for the next 4 weeks):

Warm up before every workout is 15 minutes of use in a vitaglide (google it if your interested).

Mon - arms
hammer curls
alternating bicep curls (emphasis on the "twist")
French press
Tricep pull downs

Tue - shoulders
Military press (behind neck)
Bent over raises (rear Delts)
Lateral raises
Front raises
Shrugs

Wed - off

Thur - back
Rear lat pull downs
Front close grip pulldowns
Bent over rows (fun trying to stay balanced and not fall off the bench, lol)
Seated rows

Friday - chest
Incline Dumbbell presses
Flat dumbbell presses
Wide flys flat bench
Twisting flat bench presses (never able to complete a full set on these; so hoping the "boost" will help out here)

Diet baseline (remember my so called correct caloric intake is only supposed to be 1500 calories, shocking huh!!)
150 grams protein a day via protein powders mixed in my 3/4 coffee / milk (always eat a handful of nuts for added fat when drinking protein / coffee shales)
And 3 regular meals averaging around 250-300 calories each. Focusing on high protein minimal carbs. (I get enough carbs from the milk in my coffee / shakes).

So overall I'm consuming anywhere between 2500-3000 calories a day. This fluctuates on my daily meetings / schedule. But always clean eating, low to no sugars!!

Sounds good man I'm interested to see how this works out for you..how come such a low eq dose is that just for joints or?

Truthfully if you look at both my test / EQ doses you'll see they look very low. However, keep in mind I'm only working out with my upper body. Legs encompass the largest muscle group in the body and also account for considerable calorie burn. Hence my 3000 calories consumption is actually pretty damn high!!

Remember I only need approximately 1500 calories to maintain my frame! I have thought about doubling the EQ usage as in the past I had great results with 400mg a week. But increasing test seams to be more optimal. But as I progress in this log I'm actually going to add different ass's to this year long cycle and see how it goes...

BTW. An interesting body composition is already taking place. I was VERY vascular up until now. I've been drinking my usual gallon of water a day but have not been expelling it as usual today!! So it appears my body is already reacting to the increase in test since I'm retaining water and loosing that sexy vascularity.. :-(

Guess I may need to look at NTBM's product line and see what they offer. I really want to play around here and drop any Rx'd drugs if possible, any suggestions from out there are always appreciated!! But I do have my OS (oh shit) stash (nolvadex, formastanzol, dex, hcg etc..) handy if need be! ;-)

Just curious but why is it you only say you need 1500 cals to maintain your frame? I would think you already get a lot of exercise just using the wheelchair and I would think 1500 would be even to little for a female.

Thanks everyone!! So today was arms. Vascularity popped back out thank you EQ! Let's just see how it is in a week...

The reference to only needing 1500 calories took me a long time to accept / believe as well. But after eating like I used to post accident I swelled up and was a fat MF'er!!

So once I actually starting exercising and decreased my calories to my dietitians recommended 1500 calories I began to transform but was still bulky.

So I stayed at 1500 calories since I truthfully had a really hard time eating that little I increased my cardio and added a ECA stack up to 3x a day for 4 weeks on / off / repeat and actually began to loose weight.

So believe it or not I'm carrying almost 19" arms and still making gains at only 3k calories!!

Although my body seems to grow different muscle groups at a time, really weird. In fact any input I would be interested in some perspective! For example my arms always grow 1st than back than chest / shoulders than it starts all over. Always in small increments..

Keep in mind due to stability I REALLY have a hard time getting dumbbells up off the ground so I focus extensively on form and slow / negative reps with intense "squeezing".

Otherwise I think I'd be wasting my time. For example I can't get dumbbells off the floor heavier than 50lbs or I'll fall off the bench and that's with a home made seat belt, lol. I can't tell you how many times I've tried getting heavier weights up and flipping over, but it's kind of funny now. My wife / kids are so used to it now they don't even flinch but it's funny to see friends reactions, lol.

I'm moving in 3 weeks and will have an extra bedroom the wife gave me permission to turn it into a gym and buy a smith machine so this is gonna really make a difference and allow me to get some heavier weight and incorporate various bench press and my f-ing favorite military press!!

Congrats on the soon the be gym..ha yea I would imagine it would be tough to work out at times in ur condition..I wish I could have joined the military I tried so hard but it wasn't meant to be..I wanna give eq I run I never tried it personally but I want to run it with some tren ..nice arm size man

Again, everyone Ty for your support! But don't be to quick to compliment my arms size. In all honesty I look almost freakish. In other words because I'm so stubborn / active I have a manual wheelchair so I have to break it apart and transfer it to my passenger seat so it uses all arm so my arms get a great workout all day / everyday.

On a funny note I could technically say at times one of my arms sometimes measures an extra half an inch!! Because I have 362x39 round that they never removed that floats around and often comes to rest on the peak of my bicep! I'd love to show a pic but because of the tattoos, scars and info relayed here it wouldn't take much for a LEO to find me... (little paranoid, lol).

Ok, so today HOLY CRAP!!! my appetite was uncontrollable!!! I can't stop eating and am starving all f-ing day so my test has definitely elevated.. Sadly today is my day off, Rrrrr.

On the EQ sidebar. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!! Many have varying perspectives on it but mine is clear. It gives you KILLER vascularity an supposedly good on joints. I can't speak much on the latter as I've never had any joint issues since I don't "technically" lift heavy. But once I have my smith machine in place that will change!! So I may have a different opinion?

Why come they never took the bullet out? Sounds dangerous LOL..what was ur mos? Man I don't wanna be rude but I'm curious as to what happened to you.if u ever wanna tell me LOL you can pm me..as foe the eq u can't wait to try it out

using the transaderm to make some prop cream I love it. My plan is to use many many other kinds of steroids with this Idea. O clen, Albuterol and so on its going to be awesome!!!!!!!
 
Lol, yeah Needto I didn't think you'd mind. But you bring up an awesome idea! I'd love to try it on one of my 4 week boosts. Albuteral happens to be one of my favorite thermo's I'm thrilled to try yours in a recipe since hitting an inhaler 10-15 times a day gets old!!!

As for the bullet being left in well that's just a simple cost factor.. I actually have several left in me. It's cheaper to leave them in or the fragments when they aren't near any vital organs than pay a surgeon to fish them out.

Well to my surprise vascularity is holding strong but I'm definitely retaining water!! Which at this point isn't an issue. I'll give it another week and judge whether or not I want to add something to stay a leaner. But like I mentioned awhile back my appetite is out of control!! There is no way I'm gonna be able to keep my calories down.. So I'm adding just more clean food.

Ok, so it's official I cannot stay within my 3k calories!! All day I'm starving, I even wake up in the middle of the night hungry!! Subsequently, abs have disappeared :-( but hey nothing wrong with adding some bulk. I do keep my diet clean and don't have any specific cravings, no junk food etc. I've started making / eating protein bars or meal replacement bars to curve my appetite. It's kind of working but even adding another 16 ounces of water with it helps but I'm at the point now where my body wants to eat every 2 hours!!

On an interesting note, I fell out of my wheelchair the other day and usually am sore for up to a week. But it didn't effect my workouts and now 3 days later no pain at all. Water bloat is down although slightly noticeable.

Workouts - I'm definitely noticing strength increasing. On the transderm a word of caution. Be careful when putting it on if you pump it too hard it will splash back on you (hit my face a few times). So gently squeeze the pump and it comes out and applies much smoother!

Ok so I'm on just over 2 weeks with my "booster" using the transderm as a carrier with TP added. The results are solid!! Side effects are in full swing, nuts shrunk, acne / oily f-ing skin and increased irritability.

However, without a doubt gaining weight!! When people who see you everyday comment "your looking bigger etc." you know shit is going well! I have to take some measurements but the biggest noticeable body part are my traps. My dress shirts fit funny now, thats what I get for buying tailored shirts, lol.

But overall I'm very pleased and will be using NTBM's transderm as a carrier for my next experiment!! I'm thinking of a "cutter".

Any suggestions folks?? I love Clen, albuterol and ECA... Feedback welcome! What would you all like to see if it works???

That is correct I added 6 grams of pure TP. Since TP and TnE are similar in molecular structure I didn't feel the need to remove it. But I have a friend who is going to add 8 grams of TnE and start using it this upcoming weekend. He was going to make a couple bottles of suspension but wanted to play..

The key if you read one of my 1st posts is heating the mixture to get the transderm and TP to bind. Keep in mind this bottle was made 1 week prior to use so it's now been 3 weeks and has not crashed!!!! Very few homebrewers can say the same when mixing high ratios like this!!!

Personally I can't see there being a difference since the transderm is being applied twice a day so adding TP may have actually been a waste? But I had the extra powder and was bored. ;-)

But by far my all time favorite gear is test suspension 1 hour pre- workout. It puts jack 3d or any other pre-workout supp to shame... The half life just sux, but I guess that's the point! ;-)

Ok, sorry about the delayed updates..

It was a shitty week, I didn't work out at all!! But interestingly something weird happened.. So I didn't change a thing to my week other than not hitting the gym including eating non stop and yet Wednesday i started peeing like crazy now all my abs are back?? Wtf?? And I definitely put on some LBM through these last 3 weeks.. I wonder if the other ingredients in the transderm are kicking in??

Sorry again all for my seemingly falling off. Long story short as you know from the log I'm a paraplegic and ended getting hospitalized for awhile for a stupid ass kidney infection...

Sadly I've had so many I'm pretty much immune to antibiotics so when it gets bad I'm back in the wards...

Anyway, the end results were great!! So great in fact after talking to Needto he's going to create a transderm to allow experiments like these to continue!!! Now that's customer service!!

My next plan is to try some albuterol in it and run during a cutting run.. 1st though I have to get back into the swing of things now that I can work out again!

Thank you all for your support through this. On another note my Dr finally agreed to put me on TRT so I'll be updating this log more in depth in a week or so.
 
Oh yeah... My home gym was all set up for me when I got home. Man is it sexy to have a room dedicated to a home gym with a sexy ass smith machine....

Actually, I've had some considerable medical issues lately which made me take some time off. But now I'm back in the game. I can only lift light but staying on a low TRT dose and some of Needto's wonder products while off helped dramatically!! Yeah lost a lot of gains but hey they'll be back!!!

Thanks brotha!! Idk a former brother at arms having built a multi supplement company empire puts you in the fucking mad man / whose your daddy status!?! So don't sell yourself short!

But oh yeah your transderm is by far the SHIT and best product out there; by far on the top of my list!!!! (expect an order for a couple bottles coming through tomorrow).

I've turned a few buds on to it and they too saw the potential for modifying it (not that it isn't good to go now). But the potential for an extra boost without extra pinning is so sexy!!! I've almost got the recipe down...

I wonder what the Absorption rate would is and if it would be "steadily" absorbed throughout the day versus a quick burst? Definitely worth exploring more...
