He did ATTEMPT,he just could not deal with that type of blinding speed and agility...Don't feel bad,no one else has been able to either,lol...Roy has easily been in the top of the lb for lb best over the past decade...There just hasn't been another fighter who has been so overwhelmingly dominant as him.

If Roy Jones stays a heavyweight I would be interested in seeing a Tyson fight. I think Lennox Lewis would destroy him. I'm not sure if he'd want to take the chance of getting hit with Tyson's power but I think his skills and ability would totally fustrate Tyson.

IMO....Tyson would kick his ass. Jones is a fighter that stays back and fights on picking his shots and using his speed. Tyson is too aggresive for Jones, and Jones wouldn't be able to make Tyson fight his game.

A 35lb difference in the heavyweight division is nothing new....Lennox outweighed Tyson by close to 40lbs...there should be a superheavyweight division

Except for when you're jumping up two weight divisions from light heavy STRAIGHT into the heavyweight division.There are VERY few fighters who could adapt to that,particularly fighting a top 5 world ranked Heavy.It is a very impressive feat.

Saying jones is a impressive fighter is like saying the atlantic ocean is a pond =P. He is beyond impressive he is beyond human in my opinion he is close to being up there with Sugar Ray Robinson as the best pound for pound fighter EVER!! All those people who think lewis would crush jones just remember this, ruiz is faster than lewis is and ruiz couldn't touch jones. Lewis is not the greatest thing on the earth and I honestly believe jones can beat lewis if he can stay away from lewis' massive right hand jones can beat lennox. However I doubt the fight will ever happen since jones gives up way to much size in a match like that.
