rotator cuff??

have any of you guys ever experienced a rotator cuff injury?
a couple of days ago during training my shoulder started killin me, and did not feel like a sore muscle. now both of my shoulders are in pretty bad shape. but this happens to be the side that i havent had surgery on, 12 or 13 yrs ago i tore tendons and lig's so have had problems through the yrs w/ dislocations, several. but this just feel different like maybe a cuff. i know ya cant tell 4 sure without a dr's eye or xray. but im just wandering,,,i've been able to work thru the last couple of days moving furniture, so if something was torn i WOULD'NT be lifting shit at all ,,,right? im taking 2 or 3 days of from train'g, and keeping a heat pad on it, and it seems to be feeling a bit better but i still want to get some input,,thx
 
Maybe just strained it or something.
I messed up my Rotator Cuff a while ago, I couldn't life my arm for days without being in serious pain.. lifting anything would of been out of the question for sure.
 
that was my thoughts as well, thx for the feedback it kinda sets me at ease a little more. im 5wks in on a cyc and adding on a 16wk'r this wk. ive been "sick" over this thinkin my plans may've been shot
 
take it easy with the shoulder, one of THE WORST joints you can injure. The healing and pt process for it is also a bitch let me tell a. Glucosamine/Chondroiton pills and a couple days off you should be good if its not too serious broski
