Rotator Cuff Routine

Tinee Tim

New member
I'm rehabbing an upper body injury and I need to put a good rotator cuff program in place. I've seen some routines that would keep me in the gym for 90 minutes just doing rotator cuffs.

Can anyone post or link to a program that has worked for you in the past?

I train mine 2x per week. Once is usually light and the other is fairly heavier or more intense.

Do you have rotator cuff problems or are you looking to prevent injuries?

Then start now...go light, always warm up, do these lightly 2-4x per week to slowly build them up and so that they are warm on EVERY workout day...

Remember...there is NOTHING wrong with using the 2's or the 5's for these. I always did.

Would Db cleans help too?

Is anyone else thinking Joe Namath? I do those and they work really well for me... "Namath's"

I typically stay light on any rotator cuff things i work on... I may eventually work up to heavier... but for now, until my shoulders get better... I'll stay lighter
