My stove is working again and I get to see Mermaid afterall as planned. So it's a good day!!
8am:
2 pumpkin-strawberry waffles – forgot to spray Pam in waffle maker so I ate a pile of scraps!
(1/2 cup blended oats, ½ cup pureed strawberries, ½ cup pumpkin, ¾ cup egg whites, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder = 4 waffles)
10:30am:

- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp Walden Farms chocolate dip

- 3 oz chicken
- spinach & cucumbers
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 10 crushed almonds
- 1 tbsp Fage greek yogurt, 2/3 tbsp Dijon mustard and 1.5 tbsp vegetable broth mixed as dressing

Sweet and Sour chicken (split into two portions)
- 5 oz cubed chicken
- bean sprouts, red cabbage, cucumbers, green & red peppers sautéed with onion, garlic & green chilis
- ½ cup Steel’s Gourmet sugar-free sweet and sour sauce
- chinese five spice, garlic powder & chili powder to season
- 10 crushed almonds as topping
