For every inch of height you usually want about 10lbs of muscle to make an even comparison. Sean Allen is 6'5", 4 inches taller, so he should be 40lbs heavier onstage, or 340.
That's not what he meant. He meant if a guy is 5'11" and weighs 290, then a guy that is 6'0" needs to be 300. I don't necessarily agree with this. It's all the illusion of who looks bigger and better.
Well mak, I agree it's not exact. Bone structure and overall build play a lot into this as well. Some guys can be the same height, weigh 30lbs more than the guy next to them, but yet still look smaller b/c of crappy bone structure. I was just making a generalization. For the same basic muscular build, for each extra inch of height you need another 10lbs to be roughly the same size.

What up Tux? We agree on the same thing. It's all about your structure. Guys that weigh more than others, often don't look as big. Take Dexter for example, he looks like he's 240-250, but he's only 225. It's his structure.
