Roid gut question.

I agree so what would be a target range for someone who wants to bulk but not expand their diet. What that be 3 grams per lb. and at .5-1 gram per pound when cutting while also including rotating carb up days at around 2 grams per lb.

What are your thoughts on the decent amounts of carbs. And I know everyone is different but their is a base and you adjust around it per your needs and by the gains or no gains you are making. So can we safely say that would be a good universal number

Just from the amount of food you are taking in on a daily basis. You eat 6-8 times a day yes? Plus you are probably always drinking water. Well basically your stomach is full of food all the time. If you eat every two hours it is possible that your stomach hasn't fully emptied from the last meal. So you are putting more on top of it. The stomach seems to expand to make room for the food. If you cut calories and were to eat 4-6times per day, your stomach would actually shrink in size and you would no longer have "watermelon" gut.
Great posts everybody!
st8grad's responce is most likely the cause of mine. My stomach looks way better first thing in the morning.
Thanks everyone.

What exactly causes Roid gut - the swelling of the abdominal area?
I still have a 4 pack when my Abs are flexed. My other muscles are hard and have never been more vascular. So why does my stomach when relaxed resemble a freakin' watermelon?
I've never used Growthh, or IGFf, and use only tiny amounts (6iu) of insulin post training.
