revised cutting diet,review?

Meal1-(PreWorkout)-protein Shake,Instant Oatmeal <--no time to eat real source of protein,must catch a specific train at a specific time

Meal2-(Postworkout)Gatorade,1/2cup Oats,44Whey Protein

Meal3-About 2Grilled Chicken Breast,Veggies,EFA

Meal4-About 4-5oz Top Round steak,Sweet Potatoe

Meal5-1/2cup Cottage cheese or 1chicken breast with 1tbsp Peanut butter <---NOT TAKIN OUT PB NO MATTER WHAT,maybe change protein source??

Meal6-Same as meal5
 
skip the sweet potato(you have enough carbs without it) and steak if you are cutting. Have turkey instead of cottage cheese-that's my thoughts
 
what no cal break down doofy? You disappoint me, you know that u need to take in less cals then maintance and only then look at ratio's
 
cals make doofy go CRAZY :)


also steak you say is bad for cutting?> because its dense and the content of fat ? or its harder to break down the meat?
 
Bro if you weigh over 175 pounds, your doing yourself injustice by eating that little of calories. What do you weigh, and whats your target weight and bodyfat %?
 
its about where i want it and its not that low ,cause who knows i consume lil snacks durin the day so it all adds up
