Diet help needed

Hello guys,
Just when I thought I had it figured out I realize I still have a lot to learn. So here goes. I have managed to go from 197lbs down to 165lbs. I did this by weight-training for 4-5 times/weekly.

I then sat at 165 for quite some time (6 months approx.). I just couldn't drop any lower. I recently changed my diet just a bit by dropping my fat and increasing my cardio (walking before breakfast daily for 30 mins) and I dropped (very consistantly) from 165 down to 160 in 3 weeks. It was amazing to see myself dropping fat that quick BUT I think I hit another plateau now as my weight has stayed the same for 4 days now at 160lbs.

My question is this do I need to change anything? Do I wait as its only been 4 days and its too early to jump to conclusions?

My current diet is as follows:
meal1:
1/2 cup oats
1 whole egg+5 egg whites

meal2:
6 oz chicken breast
brocoli

meal3:
2 scoop whey
4 fish oil supps

meal4:
6 oz white fish
brocoli

meal5:
5 egg whites
1 scoop of casein protien

The above diet has been working amazing as it has allowed me to go from 165 to 160 within 3 weeks but I might have hit another plateau. I would love it if someone could give me pointers and I will be more than happy to give credit where credit is due.
