Reverse Lunges

Ive been doing these the last 3 weeks after I squat for 3 sets. I take the 1st to ten and then I use the same weight but only take 45 sec rest b/w the final 2 sets and my legs are fried. My quads and my hams are done. I then finish off with leg extensions and curls. Its a great exercise I recommend to everyone.
 
Duh...I probably could've figured that out. Sounds interesting though. Might have to give them a try.
 
these are far greater in benifit then the forward kind, less damage on the knees too, if done properly.

I will have to try them, i have been doing forward lightly weighted lunges at the end of my routine and it fry's my legs beyond recognition. Backwards is better on the knee's? sounds good to me.
 
Its a great exercise and much tougher on the hams than a forward lunge. Try it and I bet youll like it
