Rethinking first cycle. Need advice

I had planned my first cyle to be;
D-bol 1-4 25 mg
Deca 1-8 400 mg
Sust 1-8 500 mg.

The problem is after being here a while. I've seen guys gaining 20-25 pds of 250mgs of Test alone for the same period of time. Is my cycle to extreme?

6' ft 175lbs
Lifting 3 yrs on and off.
Most exercise comes from 2 hours of basketball every other day. Mountain biking 40 miles a week
 
I'm not fond of stacking for a first cycle, but I know some vets who know there stuff here have said that a cycle like you posted is a perfect meat and potatos cycle for any newbie.

I'd keep the test at 500mg. I've seen data suggesting to me that this is a good minimum dose for our purposes. As The Terminator said, you probably will not see the optimal mass gains possible while doing all the biking and basketball you do - but who cares. Train for what YOU like to do.
 
i also think you shouldnt stack your first time. its too much. my first cycle was 400mg a week deca. thats it and i was happy.

i didnt read the entire thread. i hope your not planing on playing alot of b-ball and running while on your cycle. dont get me wrong cause a little cardio is good but if your thinking of doing deca and test you should be hitting the weights not the bike. just my opinion.
 
I think leaving dbol and Sust would do it just great... That's what I'm on right now (20 mgs of dbol and 500 of Sust) and so far (2.5 weeks) I gained 17 lbs. I have another 7.5 weeks to go... I feel that anything extra would be too much (I don'g run l-dex, but have nolva on hand, I decided to save l-dex for my next cycle)... I would save Deca for your next cycle...
 
I would vote for the dbol and sust. (maybe dropping down to 250mg). Juice seems to be like alcohol, the longer your drink the more it takes to get drunk.

This is totaly dependent on the user. Why the hell wouldn't you keep on with your biking, b-ball, jogging, rowing, roller blading, rock climbing, dogsled racing, etc, etc, if thats what YOU DO?

If your a pure bodybuilder then it would be to your advantage to focus on that task and limit activities that take away any focus, energy, recoup time, etc, from bodybuilding.

Yeah, I guess your rig - HEY WAIT! Someone just told me riding bikes is EXERCISE! Thats right, I guess it takes muscle to do it. In those who do it regularly it even primes the body for great physical adaptation. Hey, did you know some people even bike as, you know, like a sport? Who'd-a guessed it?

this guy is a smart ass. how many people juice then bike for a workout? hmmmmmmm most of us hit the weights. im not saying not to do any cardio but thats not what you want your workout to be like on juice.
 
i know a lot of cyclist (mtn bikers) who juice and they have better legs than a lot of gym rats i know! do what you are doing now and add juice it will make you bigger just not AS big. a lot of the people on this board are set on being the extreme largest that their body will carry but not all are for that. im not dissin em but its all about what you like to do , just do it and see what happens, if you dont like teh results you can alter you routine to what suites your life better. maybe no juice at all...................but i wouldent recomend it:)

Bingo. I too know a juicing mountain biker. He has MASSIVE legs.
 
i was considering getting back in to cycling cause i hate to work out legs but my metabolism is so fast i would loose all my muscel in a few days......i would like to do it because its fun and it could be a good way to power up my legs if i did intervals and very low gear work.............any one here into cycling? if so whats the results you got, im interested!

I did alot in the past and still do once in a while. When I start my cycle I'm going to try to hit the bike heavy in the afternoons on leg days. I'll see how it goes.

I know I've heard of one big pro bodybuilder who used to hit a bike hard for more than an hour on leg days. Trying to build big mass as fast as possible, I wouldn't do this unless I was on gear.
