OK, I think after tonite, I've decided I'm not crazy about the show.

It doesn't have the edge of the Shield and Nip/Tuck.....and I don't really care about the characters....

Oh and I'm tired of all the "melodrama" over 9/11.....

One of the few things that saves this show is:
- No over the top gratuitous violence
- Shows firemen as both workers and real guys (i.e. think with cocks)
- Denis Leary ranting and snide remarks

Next week's preview about his daughter in a car wreck - then telling the wife's boyfriend to get out before he puts his head thru a window. Good stuff.

Eh, I think it's sappy and overly-melodramatic. And while I'm not trying to downplay people's real reactions to 9-11, it just seems contrived.

And Dennis Leary doing the same schtick in everything he does is getting old....

i'd have to say I agree.....watched for a few minutes, and I wasn't really interested.


but then again, i'm not interested in much on TV.

What Not To Wear however, is a great show.....lol
