Now that the weeks over I have to think of next week. I strained my lower back last friday ( aug. 1 ) and took the week off to rest. I will be doing squats with a belt for a while again. I am also going to drop the deadlift wait to no more than 225, and do 5x3 or 3x5 something like that. I am also going to do hypers, 3x8. Ill do light GMs 3x8. Can you think of anything else to build my lower back up to previous strength. I was pulling 365 for 5x5 sumo stance. Last friday 315 felt like 425 the first time up, then on the second rep i injured it coming down.
Anyways, suggestions???
