Treil I am so sorry, I cannot really see ANY of the pic here on this monitor for some reason .. from what I can see, your upper body was always your strong point ... GREAT shoulder peaks IMO ... abs will COME, LEGS looking GOOD, like Sassy said SOLID ... and if you don't have the cutest tush .. seriously ... figure gurl ... :) I cannot wait to see you sweetie :rose:

Hey ladies..... Been SOOOOO BUSY!!!
I had to take my best-friend to the hospital because they were thinking she had breast cancer... So I went with her all day yesterday. She doesn't have any family here. I have also been helping my sister-n-law out with her mom's house. This weekend I'm helping her pack it up and take a bunch of stuff to goodwill. Her mom isn't married so she has to deal with everything so I've been trying to help her out!
Mom is doing LOTS better!!!! I think she goes home today. She can get up out of bed now and walk!!!!! YIPPEEE :)

Yesterday's food dercease killed me! I was soooo exhausted. I took a CB before I got up this morning and made it through all my cardio with no problem!!! THANK GOD!!!

Got ditched by another guy..... Pretty funny actually. I really have no time in my life for relationships anyway.

I will try and catch up on each log but I haven't been to work in 4 days and all my phones are blinking with messages, and my e-mail inbox is LOADED.

Believe me... the girl I am competing with was there and we helped each other out!!! She has more willpower then me... Then again this is her second go around and she has a lot more body fat on her to lose. She told me she is getting a bit nervous because her scale hasn't budged in over 2 weeks. I told her don't stress that she was looking great. She probably is putting muscle on... She just thinks that is hard to believe at her calorie level.. I dunno. I have people coming up to me now in the gym saying I look really good and they can tell I'm cutting!
Although like I said in your log... I'm slurring words, saying stupid stuff... and I have 8 weeks to go! Hmmm We'll see. The other girl said my body will adjust it just takes a few days or so. He cut my oatmeal down and raised my egg whites. So my carbs at 30%, protein 44%, and fat 26%. So far I get to keep oatmeal till June 4th. I don't have the rest of the diet after that date...

55 minutes a.m. carido, 25 minutes p.m. cardio, no weights today

Yesterday energy was much better then monday, and today is better then yesterday!

Another thing I have noticed why the weight fluctuation... I did a little test to see if it was what I thought. So I normally eat plain almonds before bed but over the weekend I was eating the chile lime spiced ones, and chipotle spiced ones that come in a can. Both have salt. I typically stay away from salt. My only saly I add is from the hot sauce I eat. So I will gain at least a pound from just eating the added salt on 22 nuts. Sounds crazy but it's true.
Then this morning I put some Emerill southwest spice on my food. I didn't recall it having salt but I am so sensitive to the taste of it I thought I was licking a salt block. So I looked at the side and the first ingredient was salt!!! So who knows what the weight will be tomorrow.
I also bought this stuff called True Lime and another called True Lemon. 100% all natural ingredients, 0 cals, 0 carbs, no sweetners, < 1 g carb, 0 sodium, and you get 25% Vitamin C. So today I'm going to try adding that and splenda to my water to mix it up a bit.

I noticed that I have the same problem with being sensitive to seasoning with sodium and scale weight going up by a pound or two. I've stopped with the hot sauce for that reason. I'm trying to stick with mostly pepper and hot dry spices now.

Where did you get the True Lime and True Lemon? From a regular grocery store? Refrigerated section or shelf? I like using lemon juice in my salads and would love to find some of this fresh with no acids and preservatives added.. I'm using the lemon shaped containers for now though because I don't have the patience to squeeze my own lemons. :rolleyes:

Well it's powder... Not sure how that would be.... maybe mix it with some vinegar or oil.... Dunno. They are pretty bland. I'm sure if you used more powder it would be stronger. Maybe a little lemonpepper seasoning.

I know!!! A lot better. Every time I take a challenge on I'm thrown curve balls. When I was training for my first marathon I was bit on my foot by a rattle snake. It swelled up and bruised and I missed a few weeks of training but I still did it. Gotta keep moving!
How are you doing today?

Hey thats great news about the pants :D By the way... if you want a change of pace for almonds without the salt try this... mix an egg white with some cinnamon and splenda, coat the almonds, then roast them at about 300 for 30 minutes or so... YUMMY :p

Well pantera is a bit eh... maybe a tiny bit milder.... Something with good strong beats that's all!
I won't get burnt.. I've been tanning. Looks good with my white pants :) Even though they are saggy :rolleyes:

Nothing really to add... Besides I had a super bad salt craving last night! Which explains the weight up.

Checked out my butt shots... I can see a big difference. Funny Shadow always said the saggy runner's butt.... Well the first shot was after I had been doing some marathons... the second is pure weight training... So there you have it :)

I know right!!!! I won't be able to try it out tonight because I won't get in till late... But tomorrow here I come!! I'm not sure why the heck I was craving salt... Wierd. My body probably needed it.

Trainer did body fat last night... 21.2% he said. Also, said I was holding onto some water because he coudl feel it and that could mess with that number some. Either way going by that % I dropped 2.5% in 2 weeks and about 2.5 pounds.

COngrats on the body fat % loss thats great... and nothing makes you feel better then putting on some clothes that you have had for quite some time and knowing that they look better on you then ever before ;) You should be proud of your progress already.... hope you enjoy your long 3 day weekend!!!

Thanks! I just got another compliment from this pretty hot guy at the bank. I think he's the Chiropractor next door to it. He said,"Wow you're looking really good, it looks like you have lost some weight!" Shocked me... not that I thought the guy ever noticed or knew me from the bank before... Smiled said "Thanks." Kept walking. Last week at the mall a girl came up to me and said,"Are you a personal trainer, because you look really fit!"
Some other girl just stopped by my desk and told me she would pay me to put a diet plan for her together. It's so wierd being on the side of knowing how to lose weight, what it really takes, compared to the old me that had no clue and stressed all the time about it!
Definitely a good day :)
Ohhh and I just found out our work picnic is two days before my show. I think I'll go just to make people not want to eat junk :) ha ha ha I like this dieting down stuff.

Trainer did body fat last night... 21.2% he said. Also, said I was holding onto some water because he coudl feel it and that could mess with that number some. Either way going by that % I dropped 2.5% in 2 weeks and about 2.5 pounds.

Yesterday I was sooo hungry. I think the heat really got to me. I could hardly move and just wanted to sleep.
Today I feel much better. I also didn't take any CB yesterday and I took 2 today.
Had a really good leg work-out and morning cardio session.
I talked to the trainer today. He thinks he may start backing me off some because he said just looking at me I am coming down to fast. He couldn't do Body fat as I was already on the treadmill....
Another guy came up and asked how many weeks I was out, I said, "7", and he was like "I would have thought maybe 3 or 4." Then again... he's not a competitor either.
It was funny though because I wore some kinda hoochie shorts because I wanted to see my hamstrings working in the mirror... and boy I got a few nasty looks from some older women, but the guys were all coming up and talking to me. Even seen my hawt guy and he couldn't even concentrate on his set because he looked at me and he couldn't look away because I was staring right at him.... My friend Staci who is also competing saw that and when I got around the corner she was laughing. I said... boy it's deadlift day too... and he just happened to be on the ab machine just behind me.. HA ha I'm sure he got all he needed to see.. My shorts were tight though so no cootchie action!!!!
Well I'm going to dig the attention, because I tell you what after watching everyone eat Dairy Queen in my face last night and feeling like crap because I couldn't have any... I kinda needed that I suppose.

You show those hotties who is really hot and boss! That is awesome (minus the dairy queen) but just think how crappy you would of felt after eating it, So great will power, and great job, can't wait to see more pics! :) :)

(Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Calcium/Magnesium, TREX, ALCAR)

Weights

M4 Powerade, whey protein, creatine, glutamine

sesapure
M5 Chicken, turkey both mrs. dash, sometimes mustard and hot sauce, sometimes with the reduced sodium salt. Rip it sugar free power or citrus X drink

Sometimes sugar free Jell-o, or crystal light frozen pops that I make

I'm suprised that I haven't had more food issues since I started the diet. I have found that I only get them really bad when I'm around other people who eat other things. I don't have a problem with the food being in my vicinity but watching them eat it makes it worse. I had to make Peanut butter sandwiches for my nephew and niece and had peanut butter on my fingers, and I walked right over to the faucet and washed it off. I started laughing and told my sister-n-law I wish my fingers sometimes had taste buds...

HMmmm that made me :lmao: But I did the same thing on sunday when I was decorating the cookie pizza for the family cookout... had whip cream and a few m & m's stuck on my hand and had to rinse it right off :p Before I licked it off lol... way to stick with the will power though! I'm proud of ya and it sounds like your making some great progress too based on trainers comments :D

When will your trainer check you again to see if you need to back off of the cardio and/or diet a bit?

This thursday or friday he is doing body fat again. Then he will decide. Today is the first day I actually feel pretty small. My stomach is looking better to me.
I would hate to have taste buds on my finger tips though in a bathroom, or at the gym, etc... blehhhh

There are some NASTY people at the gym, too. I've seen women go to the restroom and walk out without washing their hands. YUCK!

Uhhh yeah I have seen that also!!! I always run to the sink or grab Purell as soon as I'm done lifting.... That gym is tooooo nasty for me!

Awesome on the transition to the new cals girl! The last 8 weeks start you sliding into the hardcore stuff. Its the micro-tweaking time now! And the comments from people are what start to keep you motivated now. The changes start coming!

I spoke with the trainer and on thursday/friday I am going to get body fat tested. I need to make sure I'm not chewing my hard earned muscle up!

2 clients this evening

My lifting weights has not dropped but I have been feeling weaker and a bit light headed at times.

I had more compliments yesterday especially about my arms.

I will take pictures friday and post them up... They will be my 6 week shots
I personally can tell and feel a difference especially around my waist area.
I need to focus more on my posing! I have been slacking on that and I need to just do it and quit complaing about being to tired.

My sleep last night was the first time in awhile that was pretty much crap. I woke up periodocally, partly could be due to the heat!! I have the air on but my upstairs is steamy. It took me an hour to eat my egg whites last night. Not because they didn't taste good but because I thought I was going to explode seriously!
(FYI.... Maybe to much info but it's my log: I have been having to run to the bathroom about 3-4 times a day) It really has picked up in the past week.

Yeah hawt guy and I danced around the gym last night again but this time I definitely had more eye contact from him. I sat outside on the curb to eat my dinner between clients. My boss and another trainer walked out to sit next to me and 'chit chat'. Hawt guy walks out... double takes me and then runs into his friend who happened to be walking into the gym. So he angled himself towards me and I saw him looking at me some more and he kept lifting his shirt up to show me his stomach. Pretty nice I might add. I know this male thing..... Guys do that to women when they like them and want the girl to be sexually attracted to them. Watched this maneuver many times. So then he walks back into the gym with his buddy and assisted him with his work-out and then I was training someone.... So he could have said something yesterday but I guess maybe this way he can see how 'desired' I am... The other two guys were pretty good looking, both taken....

Glad to hear more changes are going to be underway because I swear the last week or two miracles have happened...
I ordered two pairs of shoes off that website. One with just the low strap over the toes, the other had the strap over the toes and another one a bit higher on the foot.

What do you recommend: Waxing, Shaving, Nair??? My hair grows really fast and I'm thinking of the spray tan process and not wanting to shave over it...

How is your training coming.. Going to check out your log here in a bit :)
