Though my co-workers kid is amazing. I mean he's like a little Doogie Howzer (spelling). I'm so impressed. He was doing algebra at the age of 6! Obviously his dad has a 10 pound brain also.. but tells me the kid scares him. Dinner conversations talk about the Titanic going down.. and how many chambers were flooded and exactly how they flooded and what exactly caused teh ship to sink. The kid carries around a calculator! I was like WHooaaa... Pretty neat!

My younger son is highly functioning autisic and he is the same way, he can also tell you what day your birthday falls on in 5 years, he has memorized the pattern of the calendar, how a central vac and furnace works. He could divide and multipy in grade two. Only difficulty he will have is abstract thinking (problem solving) which in the grand scheme of things is life, but he gets by so far. My oldest son is the genius of the family can't do algebra yet but if we showed him I know he could. I promised him 20 bucks for every A he got on his report card, he got all A's through the entire school year! I owe him like 500 bucks!

G'morning Tre! :coffee: I noticed you upped your cals from the 1200-ish range to the 1700-ish range. Has your body reacted in any way at all? I'm curious because I'm going to start playing with my cal range too but don't want to bloat or blow up too much.

Have a great day! :)

HA HA HA... Well I was friggen starving at 1250. Also, with trying to add on muscle now that I just entered back into muscle building... Can't really create muscle out of nothing... So upped the cals to 1750. Energy wise and work-out wise I have been a machine. Not counting this past weekend (Hungarian festivities) the cals seems to keep me content at the moment. I did not weight myself today 'cuz it obviously it is going to be high... Yep bloated and a lot of excess water... but I'm not cutting right now so I had to switch mind gears and just realize I'm in a different cycle. I have some big goals in my head since I dieted down and I saw where I needed to add muscle. The body is very anabolic right now so... my as well take control and make good use of it. Inhibiting calories is not going to get me to where I need to go... so to get there I will deal with some bleh.. side affects of doing it. Can't be on stage 365 days of the year and expect to see any noticeable change. You have to hit each phase hard as possible and make the most of it and try and not focus on the negatives but what you are doing... Again all transformation ;)
