O.k. time to kick some butt 2 weeks left!!!!

getting ready to hit that cardio 60 minutes
weights this afternoon shoulders and abs
evening cardio = 50 minutes
Felt really groggy and in a fog last night and was easily irritated with myslef.
(OHHHH and I'm sick of retyping stuff so if stuff starts coming out Gibberish, suck it up I'm done retyping anything)

I normally am a multi-tasker and do 3-4 things at once, I have a hard time doing one thig at once. I am also told I am more direct then ever with what I say. I think it's because it takes me so long to formulate a sentence in my head that I try to make it short so it gets to the point, I waste less energy trying to make things all fluffy, and really don't care if it comes across derogatory.
Anyway... laundry is going, chicken is cooking, have a client at noon, going to practice posing most the day, making nail appointments, and reviewing posing dvd's... I suck at that part. I will not fux all my work up with my stage presentation being robotic.
