LATS to flare out....you mean like relaxed pose? I had the same prob and figured it out. I kind of brought both my arms back (like sticking chest up) and then bring the arms forward and the lats come out. I hope that helped :)

Yeah I tried that... My friend said o.k. act like you are doing a lat pull down and bring yours arms down in front of you once the muscles are flexed, then bring the shoulders back. So far that seems to work... obviously I'm not going to go up on stage and stick my arms straight up and do this every quarter turn I might look a bit silly ;)

lol yeah that didnt work for me....i couldnt do it as a pulldown but the arms back worked and it kind looks cute when you do it ;)

Wow what a day....
I think I got the lat thing down now!!! I posed in front of my trainer today. He said I was first adducting my shoulders which was making it hard to get the shoulder joint forward and so I was elevating my traps and then it was all screwed up. So pretty much I have to pull my shoulders forward and externally rotate my arms just a tad so my chest stays up.... Actually a lot more comfortable then what I was making it out to be. Although I'm still not close to be good at it yet!

Feeling not to bad.
Slept really hard last night I didn't wake up once nor do I remember any dreams
A.m. cardio 60 minutes (a bit sore in the traps, adductors, and calves)
P.m. weight (Chest, arms) Favorite
P.m. cardio 35 minutes
Clients = 2

So it's the craziest thing... My favorite channel right now to watch is the food network. I don't crave the food I actually enjoy looking at it, and watching people's faces when they eat it. It actually makes my cardio time go by faster!
I used to avoid that channel because it would set cravings off. Now I know it was all in my head.... It's actually a very enjoyable channel to watch, who knew :whatever:

:lmao: at enjoying Food network... its one of my favorites too ;) Love those cooking shows! Glad to see you were finally able to get some good sleep!

****editing because i forgot to tell ya... another song you might wanna download onto that new little ipod of yours is "song 2" by Blur its a little old but heck of a song to tear thru some sprints :) And thought of you when it popped on this a.m. as you had asked for suggestions! ****
