Used this a few times now around 4 times. First time i tried had exactly what sarge said "tunnel vision" it also turned my face, well erm Red had a good workout. The second time i used it didnt get the same affects at all, third time similar to the second took some more today felt great no tunnel vision or anythng but just felt much better during workout focus etc and i should mention i hit a PR which i missed last week, i am not getting the pumps mentioned though. I weigh 178ish and 5.10 i have taken 7 caps pre training im gonan try 8 tomorrow to see if i notice any changes. I have some T-Rex from when i was cutting which i might add later on trying to save them till me next cut
