Ok right now im training 4 nights a week BJJ and MT from 6-8.. Now my goal right now is to learn the basic stuff and get conditioned... Im very out of shape, and im trying to shed the fat off of me and get my cardio up to par.... So my qauestion is will taking CytoGainer after my MMA training sessions hinder my ability for me to lose fat?? Im only taking half of the reccommended dose so im getting like 45 grams of carbs...most simple...and 28 grams of protien... Then eating about 30 minutes after that.... keep in mind im tryin to lose fat but i realize that recovery is the most important...thanks for your help fellas....
