I am not familiar with chinese gh, but I have read that Serostim (somatropin(rDNA origin) for injection is a human growth hormone that is very effective. After reconstitution with diluent it lasts 24 hours. The reason is because sterile water has no antibacteria. If you want to have a longer shelf life use CYANOCOBALAMIN Injection 1000 mcg/ml. This is a vitamin B which contains an antibacteria which will make your gh last for as long as you need it to last. Hope this helps.
The best place to inject it is sideways pinching around your abdominal area, with an insulin syringe. The reason you inject it sideways its because it needs to be injected between the skin and muscle so that when you are done you will see a little lump.

One more thing may be you already know this, but remember this is a very delicate and fragile substance. When you mix it rotate the bottle very gently for God sake DO NOT SHAKE it you will destroy its effects for sure. Also keep it in the refrigerator in a place where it doesn't move. For example do not put it on the door which you open and close constantly. That will affect it to, it is extremely sensitive.

2 Important questions?

Where can I get sterile water? Also I heard that Serostim will last for up to 10 days after mixed even without the sterile water and that the usual guideline of within 24 - 48 hours comes from the package insert and it is mainly because the product is for use in people with compromised immune systems. Meaning that the actual time that Serostim is good for is much longer then 2 day (maybe on the order of 10 days) but this is not advisable for HIV patients but people thathave normal immune systems would likely be fine.

I believe that their recommentations of 2 days is based on sterile water. If you want it to last longer, use bacteriostatic water as it contains a preservative. The whole point of how long it lasts is because of bacteria, not the patient.

You can get water at Walgreen's; just need a script to do it.

Texas Guy I know what you are saying about the bacteria btu I guess my point was that bacteria growth should be linear in a closed environment (vial) and because some bacteria are always present in every shot we take (nothing is 100% sterile) it is not really whether or not bacteria is present but how much bacteria is present that determines whether or not you get an infection after a shot. Because the more bacteria the greater likelyhood that it will overwhelm your immune system. Now people with a compromised immune system would probably have greater chance of infection even at a much lower bacteria count.
