Thanks everyone for the replies. My diet is as far from junk as you can get. It is lower in carbs though (I have celiac so I pretty much just decided that low carb was the way to go) and this is how I was eating when I was around 6-8% bf. I do take a multi, fish oil, vit d, as well as a multi mineral tab. I don't have any desire to ramp my dosage above 50mcg, and I am scheduled for lab work in the coming 2 weeks. I was reading that during intense exercise t3 is used up really quickly so I was hesitant to take it prior to training.
