ruhl just needs a face lift and some skin treatment to even out his tan and skin tone. He has always had a wrinkly face. some of his newer pictures look like he might have had some plastic surgery. he looked 40 before and now he looks like he's in his early 30s I think he had a procedure. he has also beena round forever. I dont think he has synthol in him./ Probably just everything else!
