rear delts

well it's seeming to have the typical rear delts not in size proportion to the front ones. I have a feeling that if i do a heavy lift that hits the rear delts i'll upsize em to symmetry. anyone have any suggestions for shoulders i go

barbell shoulder presses 5x5
upright rows 2x8
cable rear delt flys 2x10 or 8
 
front raises with d/b's,side laterals,also as he said....bent over rear delts and you can also do them laying on a bench with the top cables crossed.it's the same motion as doing them bent over,...

Any rear delt isolation movement is good but the key is to increase the reps to the 12-15 range. You will see them swell up, I did!
