Really need help-hanging Pecs

Hello ppl,

I am new to this section of the forum , but trying to make it short:
I am after my first Test -E cycle, had some nice gains, lost almost everything because of f....d up Nolvadex PCT, got a bad allergia and rash, lost all my libido to hear later that Nolva does this and that its almost a myth as PCT.I am benching mostly for strength but in the last time I am really paranoid about my pecs beginning to hang. Is this a result of doing mostly strength and not mass training for the pecs? Can the pros in here help me out? What exercises shall I do to correct this?I would really be happy if I would know an answer.
TY very much

No , I have no gyno I am only complaining of the form of my pecs, meaning they are flat and thin at the upper part and really big and looking like hanging below, I havent thought about BF being the problem, I am not fat, never been a concern to me, dont even know how to calculate %BF.

Part of it is also genetics. My pecs are how you're describing. Thin at top, and thick but round at the bottom. No gyno or body fat (i'm 5.7%), so the irregular pecs are what nature gave me. Besides trying to train them, implants are the only other solution I know of, and I wouldn't do that myself.

Here are 2 pictures of me, after I finished cycle, was a bit chubby then, but you can see the problem, now I am not that bulky and it seems worse, hope it helps, I am really no beginner and 97 Kg heavy.

Thats exactly what Im doing, heavy bench, inclined bench and butterflies for no more then 8 reps, I have read somewhere that I shall stop benching barbell and do only dumbell exercises (mostly inclined) and parallel pushups, do you think that its the fat under my pecs that makes them look that way cuz I heard this idea before.

I agree with 250rider. That is just the genetic shape of your pecs. There is some fat to be lost too, but I think youre gonna find that what you have is what you have. BTW Im the same. Flat and thin at the top and big and thick at the bottom, but its all solid and no jiggly jiggly for me:).

Looking at the pics, you have a lot better chance to shape those up than skinny bros. That's about how mine look if I don't work out for awhile, but at least yours look thicker to begin with, which is a great head start. On the gyno question; I can't tell by looking, but you can check for yourself to see if it's likely that you have gyno and body fat, or just body fat. If you pinch different parts of the pec area, see if it feels the same texture all over, if it feels more springy or spongy in the area about a 3" circle around the nipple. Maybe I'd describe it as a small doughnut-shaped glob of rubbery material. Fat is hard, and not springy when you pinch it. If that's the case, you might do well to think about gyno removal surgery when the time comes. It's a quick, outpatient simple procedure, and if you get down to a super-low body fat level first, they can just pull it out in 1 piece (the whole gyno gland), through a small hole that won't even leave a scar. Again, you might not have any anyhow. Just said that in case you want to check.

Ok, first big TY all, I did my cycle very carefully (ADEX )and it was my only one, so I dont think I could have Gyno, the texture around my nipple is hard nodules, dunno how to explain it, but its the same on any part pf my pesc only on the lower side its kinda twice as much, but some kind of hard nodes, so I dont think its gyno.Must be fat deposits, must get rid of it somehow
TY again
