could I buy spiro and just add it to nizoral shampoo, then just use this formula at night and through the day.

From what I've read you can mix spiro with dermovan at 6 100mg tabs per 20cc's. That will give you a 3 percent solution. Someone posted this info but I can't remember whom. I just got my dermovan in so I'm gonna give it a shot.

I'm no scientist, but I do care about my hair and have done considerable reading on the subject. The problem that I see in adding spiro to nizoral is that a shampoo won't in any way help the spiro be absorbed into the scalp. That's why spiro is always added to a water miscible vehicle like dermovan, alcohol or emu oil; to help it penetrate. That's the reason, also, that alcohol is used as the vehicle for minoxidil.

Yup! and also I think it probably takes some time to absorb well and shampooing it wouldn't allow for this.

Can things like Eucerin be used instead of DERMOVAN? This list appears to say that these items below are the same or at least compatible. Can anybody comment on this?

Bump for anyone who knows if I can mix spiro tabs into minoxidil? And if so how many? If read alot of posts on hairloss and have not seen this answered.
