could I buy spiro and just add it to nizoral shampoo, then just use this formula at night and through the day.

any conflict that you see useing this method?

If you mean leave NZ shampoo on your head all day, I would say do not do this. It will chemically burn your scalp. If you just shampoo and rinse, the spiro will not have time to absorb.
