business nerds quick q!
To help my brother, i was thinking of creating a CraigsList Ad that went
"WE BUY HOUSES!! XXX-XXX-XXXX"
to generate leads. Then he woudl hand off those leads to a real estate investor such as :
Sell House Fast - Hamilton Toronto Ontario
They pay $500 for each sale. Our dad is a RE agent, but people who call that # don't want to speak to a RE agent. They'd get ticked.
Here's an example CL ad I found:
$$ WE BUY HOUSES - CLOSE FAST $$
I would have him use a CL posting agency like Check Out The Hot New Future Of Ad Posting Services | Hot! Internet Agency
or a offshore CL contractor to post ads all over in various markets many times a week. He might make good money or even get good leads on foreclosures. I know almost squat about RE - Whatcha think?
