So I just realized that I forgot to post yesterdays chest work out. It was pretty simple and short. As I said before my enduramce was down big time so I apologize in advance for the weak numbers. Lol. First was incline db. After warm ups I did 3 working sets. I started with the 100sx15. Next were the 110sx12. My final set was the 120sx10. I was already pretty exhausted just after these but my chest, arms, and shoulders were pretty damn hard and vascular. My next exercise I only did 2 working sets with 235 on barbbell incline. First set I pumped out 12 and the second I only did 10. I felt extremely fatigued during these sets and the pump was unbearable. My next exercise was a super set between the chest press machine and machine flys. For all three sets I shot for the 10-15 rep range. On the chest press machine my zeta were at 145, 175, and 205. On flys my sets were 155, 185, and 215. My chest was dead for sure but I had one more exercise. Its the same burn out exercise I have been doing the past few weeks. I do pushups in the Smith machine. I put the bar on the lowest rack and pump out as many pushups as possible. When I fail I move it up a knotch and repeat. I keep doing this until I am nearly completely upright. This will finish your chest off completely and it is a great shaping exercise. My chest was toast but I felt that I was looking much better! Just gotta keep going after it! My eyes are on the prize!

Just a few updated ab shots. Nothing too crazy. Still holding a little fat on the bottom that I need to get rid of but the obliques are coming in and they are getting sharper.

So I have been a bit behind these past couple of days so stick with me here...

Yesterday was legs and I can tell that my choints are really taking a hit on this diet. My compound exercises are taking a considerable hit but I WILL KEEP KILLIN IT!! Lol. So I started with squats. After warming up I did several working.g sets. The first two sets were 235x12, the next two were 285x8. My final set was a bitch. I did a triple drop starting at 325x6 down to 235x8, and finally 145x15. This killed my legs!! I still had a lot to do though! Next was stiff leg deadlift. I felt strong with these and banged out 3 sets of 20 with 225. Next was leg extensions. I felt good on these as well. I did my first set at 155x15. Next was 185x12. My third set was 205x10 and my final set was 235x10. My quads were on fire. On every rep I got a good 2-3 second negative and a strong 1-2 second hold at the top of the contraction. My third exercise was hammer strength standing single leg curl. I kept these light going with a 25&10 on each side by 20. Next was 2(25)&10 by 15. My final set was 3(25)&10. By hams were pretty much dead by now but I still had my 4 sets of body weight walking lunges. Each set is between 40-60 yards and I get a good deep stretch. Legs were dead and pumped like crazy! I looking better by the day!

So tonight was back and I felt pretty good! I started with barbell rows. After warming up I did a set of 225x15. My second set was 275x12. My final set was a heavy one of 325x10 but I didn't stop there!! I then dropped to 275x6 followed by 225x8 followed by 135x15!! After this first exercise my back was already pumped. Next was pullups. Doe these I focus on the stretch and completed 3 sets of 8-12. Db rows were next. Again I both sides at once. My first set was the 90sx12. My second set was the 110sx8. My third set was heavy. I went for the 130s and only got six before dropping to the 65sx6. My next exercise was close grip pulldowns. I try to stay very upright on these. It really hits the lower pats! For these sets I went 160x12, followed by 200x10 and finally followed by 240x6. On my final set I gave completely out but I still had more left!! Next was hammer strength mid rows. I only did two sets here. I did a set of 3(45)& a 25 on each side x 12 followed by a second set of 4(45) on each side x 12. My back was so dead by now. I still had cable pullovers though. Lol!! These I kept pretty light for three sets. The stretch and contraction are vital here! For each set I shot for 12-15 reps. My back is completely dead but it was a very successful workout. Vascularity is getting pretty damn good and I keep looking more hard and separated by the day! Thanks again for the following and kind posts!
