So I just realized that I forgot to post yesterdays chest work out. It was pretty simple and short. As I said before my enduramce was down big time so I apologize in advance for the weak numbers. Lol. First was incline db. After warm ups I did 3 working sets. I started with the 100sx15. Next were the 110sx12. My final set was the 120sx10. I was already pretty exhausted just after these but my chest, arms, and shoulders were pretty damn hard and vascular. My next exercise I only did 2 working sets with 235 on barbbell incline. First set I pumped out 12 and the second I only did 10. I felt extremely fatigued during these sets and the pump was unbearable. My next exercise was a super set between the chest press machine and machine flys. For all three sets I shot for the 10-15 rep range. On the chest press machine my zeta were at 145, 175, and 205. On flys my sets were 155, 185, and 215. My chest was dead for sure but I had one more exercise. Its the same burn out exercise I have been doing the past few weeks. I do pushups in the Smith machine. I put the bar on the lowest rack and pump out as many pushups as possible. When I fail I move it up a knotch and repeat. I keep doing this until I am nearly completely upright. This will finish your chest off completely and it is a great shaping exercise. My chest was toast but I felt that I was looking much better! Just gotta keep going after it! My eyes are on the prize!
