i have a friend who did three years for conspiracy- never caught with any drugs, money, NOTHING. they grabbed him off the street one day when he was walking to work, took him in, and told him that they had three people who would testify in court that they had bought large quantities from him in the past, and the only way out was to testify against this other guy (who they were really after).

he told them to fuck off, was convicted, and did three years federal.

What about the spousal protection that says a husband or wife doesn't have to testify against their partner? This would unravel and rewrite the constitution. And yes what I said is true. Here's another one being violated: It's called the 5th ammendment. Plus, a husband or wife cannot be compelled to testify against their spouse; if they do so, it's their choice. Looks like you got burned buddy.

Oh this one is interesting. It says that a spouse can only be compelled to testify if it involves violence or sexual abuse to the partner or child. Looks like you opened up a can of worms pal. I'm not going to imply anything here, but I think you get the picture.
