Rat out your family/friends or face prison?

time aint that bad if you know how to do it.
certainly better than being a filthy, dirty, bitch punk rat!!!!!!!!!

I hear ya satch. I've done time before cause I wouldn't rat, and I'll do it again if I have to. Ratting is for bitches, even if it is the law.

not to mention the fact that most people who rat STILL end up doing some time, and when they get to jail word spreads fast.

i have a friend who did three years for conspiracy- never caught with any drugs, money, NOTHING. they grabbed him off the street one day when he was walking to work, took him in, and told him that they had three people who would testify in court that they had bought large quantities from him in the past, and the only way out was to testify against this other guy (who they were really after).

he told them to fuck off, was convicted, and did three years federal.

forget ratting out your friends/family, I'D NEVER FUCKIN RAT OUT ANYONE!!! EVER! I'd rather rot in a stinking jail cell! DEATH TO ALL RATS!!!

No fuckin way! Fuck this dirtbag POS! That violates every right to freedom we have as americans. What about the spousal protection that says a husband or wife doesn't have to testify against their partner? This would unravel and rewrite the constitution. If this bullshit passes, I'm outta the goddamn US for good! Sorry bout the language.

sorry but you are wrong about this. a spouse is not given certain priviledges that prevent them from testifying against their husbands/wives...i know from first hand experience

btw your cussing is way out of hand

The law varies from state to state. Are you for this bill or what bro?

And yes what I said is true. Here's another one being violated: It's called the 5th ammendment. Plus, a husband or wife cannot be compelled to testify against their spouse; if they do so, it's their choice. Looks like you got burned buddy.
