I wouldn't say I like the rap per-say where they talk really fast .... but I do love anything that has a good beat to it...I love 50cent and Nelly, they have great music to dance to and work out to.

But you do have to realize, some artists produce music either for themselves or for other artists or they are co-producers and even some ghost-writers.

50 cent is a joke would be nothing if Dre/Eminem didnt swoop him up.
P Diddy is a pansy (his old shit was good).
Nelly sings and very unique in the Rap category that he is placed in.

you are just unable to appreciate good rap.............there is nothing wrong with that, but you have to realize that most are talented at what they do and not untalented because you dont appreciate it.......

You're right. I guess I'm just so used to the terrible shit that I don't see the good thing about it. Either way, I prefer other types of music.

rappers are talented people. It isn't easy to do what the real rappers do.. i.e. write their own beats and raps while others pay people do it all.. that's ez street

Perhaps I shouldn't say "not talented." But, I don't consider rapping a "talent." If you can talk fast and you are good with beats/rhythm - you're set.

Theres a whole lot more to it than that anyway. A lot of these guys are as talented as many top poets. Its just that they rap about different things from your regular soppy-ass poet.

I think he is the most talented rapper ever.....(that is just my opinion)
