RANGE OF MOTION on seated OHP/ need input.

Last month I began my shoulder pressing again as my rotator has been healing. My question is on seated OHP. I do these strictly to the front. I was, in the past, a big advocate of behind the neck presses. However, given the nature of my injury, its most likely not advisable.

When I am seated on my bench I generally lower the bar to my chin or slightly lower. Is this enough???? also is it acceptable to arch the back slightly. Appreciate any input. Peace

a slight arch would be okay.
i lower to my chin, any lower and i feel the rotators get hit a little too much

thats what I thought man. Thanks. It was very hard adjusting to these after doing behind the neck presses for so long. In the long run I think they will add some real size.
