I'm in cardio-mode..... :)

187lbs 7% 4000-5000Kcals/day and still losing weight.

2-3hrs cardio/day.

Need to be in tip top shape for the fall term.

I'm not where I want to be right now, but I should be by next spring....if all goes as planned. I suppose we'll see how it all goes once school starts. Working and going to school full time should keep me on my toes. I'm thinking that training will be a well-needed release for me. That's how it's been in the past.

And Fonz dear, that's more cardio than I would care to do. lol I think I'd have to jump off a bridge rather than opt for that cardio program. ;)

My wrist is AWESOME!! I am still lacking for complete mobility but I can lift and generally live my life without any pain. It healed really well this time and I am completely delighted that surgery #2 went so well.

I dislike sitting on bikes or doing the treadmill, or anything thats not a sporting activity greatly. :)

I get bored in no time flat.

Ooooh. Well that makes more sense. I was picturing the horror that would be running on an elliptical at the gym for hours on end. On a random side note, a coworker's sister was told by a trainer at her gym that women don't start burning calories when doing cardio until AFTER 45 minutes....at which time the workout actually begins. I called BS on it though and hopefully saved the poor girl from never-ending cardio.

Great news.... really... Had us worried there a while back.
I wish my lower back would stop being chronic.
Soft tissue so they can't really do much other than tell me to strenghten it..

seriously, tho, perhaps her goal is not to gain defined muscle, but to be "fit" in another sense of the word. either way, I think she looks great, and probably feels great, which should be a goal for everyone. :D

I post pictures but never seem to put them on here. A lot of them are on random chat threads. The last ones of myself that I posted (full sized too) were on my Hey AAP thread from New Years Eve.

But thanks everyone! I'm working on putting on weight right now so I'm not so sure I'll be posting many body shots for a bit. ;)
