I'll have to take these at some point. My training has been messed up for a couple of months because of a wrist injury. I just got surgery 2 weeks ago. No upper body at all til July.

I changed my calorie intake, upped my cardio, and am doing leg and looong ab workouts. I'm fairly bummed out at the moment that I'm so limited on what I can do...can't wait to get back to normal.
