I'll have to take these at some point. My training has been messed up for a couple of months because of a wrist injury. I just got surgery 2 weeks ago. No upper body at all til July. :bawling: And my surgery didn't go well. The problem is still there adn if anything, is going to be worse as a result. I'll be getting surgery again on my left wrist-- maybe as soon as August.

I changed my calorie intake, upped my cardio, and am doing leg and looong ab workouts. I'm fairly bummed out at the moment that I'm so limited on what I can do...can't wait to get back to normal. ;)

That would be frustrating! But you really do look great anyhow, but I know its how you feel about yourself, and until you get the "look" you want (at least for me) your not satisfied.

What are your body goals?

Jenn, right now I'm 5'7, just over 130. I'd really love to pull up over 140 and drop my bf to 14%ish. We'll see though. I'm already smaller as my training's been so messed up but I'm trying really hard. This has been really frustrating for me but I'm figuring it out. It's funny how often I'll sit here and think "i just want to tape and brace and tri a shoulder w/o...". I miss it. I know that I'll be back on track though as soon as I can. For now I'm doing everything I can and trying not to get too bummed out about being limited. ;)
