Just s4 my friend thats all i need at the moment. I have 2 bottles of Osta but thats for another time.This is my 4th time on S4 and it does the job wonderfully.

Talk about hot, The gym i train at has no AC so after 20 min it hotter than hell at least we have 3 hurricane fans in it to stand in front of , otherwise i would just burn up.
I could alway's train at my gym it has AC but, I like going there to Train (& show off)

UPDATE
Just finished up this week with legs ,Squats and heavy leg presses and at the moment i couldn't walk a straight line if you paid me.So it's been a great week with no issues.

THe sarms has a taste that needs to be appreciated ,you can't mix it with anything because it has a way of contaminating everything, so it's better to just man up take and swallow followed by an ice cube.
