Radar , has always been a close friend of mine and has always offered his assistance throughout the years here on Elite Fitness! He is always available for Elite members and I would like to say thank you, Radar!!!

A great guy for sure !!! Never seems to get tired of helping folks out , with 35 years in the game he is the "go-to " guy for noobs and vets alike.
And if thats not enough he Posts up top notch threads on nutrition and training too

Radar a true Southern Gentleman in every sense of the expression. He helps all of us at anytime. He freely provides his phone number before even asked. And he has a lot to teach all of us on here. But my one bitch is he wont adopt me!
