The rules on offensive or racist remarks are simple. They are the same rules used with most major corporations in America. IMPACT OVER INTENT. Meaning, whether or not a remark is offensive is not based on the posters intent, but instead on the impact it has on the reader. There are thousands of things that can be posted without being offensive.

Actually, I've heard that they are going to put weed in the same category as some steriods. This means that weed will be looked at as it already is in Alaska. It's legal to possess up to a certain amount, but you can't sell it nor buy it. For those of you who do not know, it's not illegal to have steroids for your own personal use. But they it is illegal to buy or sell them.

The funny thing about the elite racist controversy these days is that this is a board based upon using illegal substances. So on Elite you can talk about breaking the law and smuggling banned substances, but a word that is deemed offensive is grounds for banishment.

There is often a world of difference between what is legal vs. what is moral. I don't think you can compare the acceptance of AS use to racism; two completely different animals.

how can it be illegal to buy them, but it isn't illegal to posses them? What, do they think that people grow steroids in their gardens? Obviousley if somone has them, then they bought them.

So if I am in college, and I use gear in my off campus apartment, no one can get me in any shit?

im not positive, but i believe in the state of texas it is a felony to possess more than 16ml or more than 200 pills.

and all states are different.

In Canada posession is legal for personal use.
Weed is pretty much that way and on its way to becoming legal here, its to much of a ta grab to ignore.
