I played with using R-ALA during my last couple days pre-comp to help me dry out - using 200 mg before a fat/protein meal made me groggy. Why would it do this? Too much for a non-carb meal? I did dry out more than I ever have before (while maintaining muscle fullness); I'm just not sure what kind of dosage to use when using it for this purpose.
