I taught a 90 min advanced spin class.....right in the middle I thought I was gonna puke....wasn't sure that I could clip out in time before I barffed all over the bike lol...I didn't....drank water and just focused. very hard workout...face stayed red for about 40 min after....my question is....why do I still feel like shit even after I ate and drank more water...I did not eat prior to class...pukey feeling...shaking...headache have all hung around....why is that..any thoughts??? Mine are over heated?? blood sugar??
