Quick stupid question on training to hard...

I taught a 90 min advanced spin class.....right in the middle I thought I was gonna puke....wasn't sure that I could clip out in time before I barffed all over the bike lol...I didn't....drank water and just focused. very hard workout...face stayed red for about 40 min after....my question is....why do I still feel like shit even after I ate and drank more water...I did not eat prior to class...pukey feeling...shaking...headache have all hung around....why is that..any thoughts??? Mine are over heated?? blood sugar??
 
You're probably fighting off some kind of sickness, therefore your body couldn't handle the workout you normally do.

Just rest alot and hope your immune system fights off whatever is fucking with you.

I have ran 4 days this week and on each day I have ran splits..once in the am and once at night and have taught 2 spin classes.....might just be fighting something off....

it's that time of year, seasons changing, everyones sick - at my work there is a shitload of people coughing and feeling like shit....

i would guess blood sugar. . .do/did you feel kind high/trippy too??

Rest. Lookout for shit like mono.....when I was in HS I got mono and didn't know until it was almost through my system, felt spaced out, could hear my own heartbeat at times when playing basketball, etc...

I think I know..but then we all think what we want to think..so it is nice to get some others thoughts...but if I felt it was real serious I would go to er and get checked out....Dr. Digimon

Try to get an extra 4-6 hours sleep.
