Its uh, like 90 in the house. I should go lift. I'm in here, where there's air conditioning, out there it's real hot and humid.

Considering I'm trying to cut I really don't need to miss days lifting but ... jesus it's fucking hot out there.

So somebody motivate me, or give me good reasons why saying "FUCKIT" will be okay.

Jesus H. Christ, I'd rent a room. We're not too far off, though, the humidity puts the heat indices into the 100s.

I just looked up the weather in Phoenix, AZ. Yeah, its fucking hot as hell there, but the humidity is only 21%; ours is averaging in the mid 70s.

i trained early today, like 730am. cuz i knew it'd be hot. and Saturday, when it was in the 90's, i just did less intense exercises. one high skill/intense exercise with 2 or 3 other less intense stuff, machines, etc. i'm not looking to spend the next week rehydrating......

i feel the same way. suck it up and go. after today your gunna take a week off and replenish on a wonderful vacation.

Actually my week off is right after yours, so there :spin: BTW, have a good time if I don't get a chance to insult you between now and then :qt:

And I actually have weights that I workout with (albeit, substantially lighter and less) on vacation :rolleyes:

On the other hand, I ain't DOING SHIT today, forget it. I'm just eating super light and hiding out. Feels like the middle of the g'damned rain forest away from A/C :worried:

yeah i didnt notice this was yesterdays thread. enjoy ur day off, but yeah the hotel has a hotel gym. slightly more laoded than the avarage hotel gym, but nothing that i can get a workout with other than some general highrep motions to feel like i did something.

im glad i went today. i did powercleans. i got 185 today!, it was pretyt easy.. then i deadlifted. it was a good day

I think "I'll never get today back" so either I go or I have to do something equally worthwhile during that time
 
go workout because.

1) with all the extra sweating and increased bodytemp:
a) you'll be burning more fat than normal, giving you extra payback for your effort
b) you'll drop some water and bring out some more definition short-term

2) just because.
