Been a while since I've done squats and recently added them back into my workout since I got my powercage. My ? is, do ya'll let your heels come up at all. I thought you weren't spose to, but some videos show guys doing it this way. The first week I did them, I didn't realize how bad my for was, and was practically doing GM's, couldn't figure out why my hammy's were so sore and not my quads.
