quick Deca question...

how long until I start to notice the joint benefits of deca? My understanding is deca will lubricate the joints, thus alleviating my rotator cuff problem. Currently taking 200ml every monday and thursday. Just took 3rd shot last night and i'm not sure if the joints feel any better.

Usually by about the 2nd or 3rd week,all of my creaking and clicking joints disappear on deca.

Takes about 4 weeks to kick in, you however may get some joint relief prior to that. With a rotator cuff injury, if its torn or severally damaged deca will not help. If the problem persist see an orthopedic sports specialist.

search the net for "jobes" exercises. And remember the rotator cuff is mainly worked with lighter weight.

Deca and Lube

Yea deca did wonders for my old shoulder injuries and little pains ive had for years but you might not be need the K Y Jelly. Oh well guess you cant have the best of both worlds. Took about 3 weeks for my joints to get lubed up.
