im 24 want to sign up for a 2 year term and learn medicle
skills any army boys here or ex army guys that have any advice
i want to prepare for a job as a EMT or a registered nurse
are the army medicle training programs pretty good?
any info will be nice thanks guys

it really depends if you want to be a combat medic(you get really good first aid experience) or work in the hospital.
i would go with the combat medic for EMT training
i have only seen combat medics in ranger battalion.
they get to go to ranger school, which is a plus if you like to test yourself.
all ranger medics get EMT qualified and get other special schools.
If you stay in most E-6 medic there get to go to the Special Forces medic course. My friend did that and he is about to become a PA. Plus he got to ride around with the paramedics to learn more stuff. All free education bro.
the recruiters will tell you that you have to do a four year contract
but i have seen guy with three year contracts and one with a two year contract.
hope this helps PM me if you have more questions

certain skills like combat medic may require a longer enlistment like four yrs. Probably because there is a lot to learn. Combat medics are an invaluable asset though. GOD BLESS ALL MEDICS
