Questions about current cycle

Currently running this cycle

500mg of omna for 8weeks
200mg of eq for 8weeks
40mg/day BD Dbol 8weeks

I started the cycle this past thursday, 6'0 175. In 3 days in just after one 250 mg injection of omna, one 200 mg injection of eq and 4 days of 40 mg of DBOL I am seeing a HUGE amount of water retention. I understand this is suppose to happen, but it looks like im 230 pounds, fully bloated with water. Is there anyway to minimize this bloat? Do I add a lot of cardio to my workout? Add anything else to the cycle. Please let me know.
 
L-dex will help reduce the bloat. I would bet it is from the dbol a it has been know to bloat most.

I am not a big fan of your cycle. You are running the dbol for 8 weeks which is too long if you like you liver. I would cut it down to 4 or 5 at most. Then I can't see where 200mg of eq will do anything for you. The dosage is too low and you are not running for a long enough period of time. 10-12 weeks EQ should be run
 
bump the eq to 400mg week and drop the dbol after week 4 or 5
the cycle should be run for 10-12 weeks
pct 2 weeks after last shot
 
Remember its your first cycle and for most it will be the one in which you add the most weight. Make sure that you constantly are eating and eating clean. Try to keep you protien intake at 350 grams a day. One rule of thumb is to double you weight and that should be your protein intake. Good Luck
 
I'd suggest you take a good look around for other first cycles. From what I've read on here and seen of advice given to others, that looks like a lot of gear for a first cycle. In fact it looks like a vast amount of gear for a first cycle.

Try and bump this thread every few hours until someone comes along and tells you how to reduce that gear way down.

Do you have your pct sorted?
 
Here's my 2 cents - drop the D-Bol to 20mg per day (spaced out over the entire day with one first thing in the morining and one right before bed), and increase the EQ dose to a minimum of 400mg/week. I ran 200mg/week for the first 6 weeks of my first cycle and didn't really notice any hunger increase until I uped the dose to 400mg. I started at 200mg/weel because this was my first time on steroids, but if I could do it all ovedr again, I'd have run the EQ at 400mg from the get go. It gentle enough that you don't have to worry about overdoing it like with Test or D-Bol.

For me, the best 1st cycle would be:
500mg test enan per week (2 shots of 250mg spaced out at least 3 days apart)
400mg EQ per week (space it out with the test)
20mg D-Bol per day for the 1st 4-6 weeks (ever 4 hours)

Run for 12 weeks
 
No, I dont have my pct sorted. Ive always been upwards of 215 in my late teens and early 20's, but got down to about 165. Ive been working out for 6 months (5 days a week), and put on a good 10 pounds of muscle. Figuring ive been in the 200's most of my life, I should be able to put the weight back on (hopefully in lean muscle). I understand more lifting doesn't mean more gains, but the muscle fatigue doesnt set in like it used to when I wasnt on the gear. Do I look at adding another day to my routine? Maybe adding a 2nd workout on a couple days week or just try to add some more weight to my current routine? Also, how do I measure my pct.

pct stands for Post Cycle Therapy and is to get your nuts back up to size and your endogenous test running again and keep estrogen under control. It's very important and without it you could lose most of any gains you make on-cycle.

There are also things you should have on hand to protect you against gyno. There's a large section on this board about pct.

Checked it out did my research/learning for the day.

Also, with my current cycle, would staying on Creatine Ethyl Ester and NO2 negatively hinder my cycle? Any point in staying on the NO2 and creatine?

I think most vets here are going to tell you to up the EQ to 400mg a week and run your dbol for 4 weeks. Its tough to tell if you need to drop the omna with out cycle history. I know I don't need 1200mg a week to grow. I believe their is an older post which shows medical research showing dbol increasing liver effectivesness when used for 3 weeks at 20mg a week. Not totally sure on the numbers. I'll have to look back to make sure

Sorry didn't see your cycle history untill after I had posted. Why not do a simple cycle at 400mg of EQ for 12 weeks and save your receptors for another cycle and save your wallet too.
