Question regarding pharmacies

Whats up guys,
Heres my situation. I suffer from anxiety from time to time. Sometimes mild , some times severe. I am presribed zanax for this. Well, recently I was laid off, and lost my medical benefits. I will be starting a new job in a month, and 90 days after that will get insurance. So, needless to say, I want to get some zanax for my protection, just incase of a "panick attack" I saw it for sale on several online phamacies, but know from my time on the boards, these arent always legit. Are there any signs I could look for to kinda point me in the right direction. For instance I steer clear of any sites that offer AAS or Narcotic based pain medication. Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Search through "George's Pharmacy" under "Resources" at the top of Elite's page. This should lead you in the right direction. Good luck, brother.

the cost is outrageous on the online pharmacies vs what a generic would cost with a Rx.

Even if it isn't coverd, just have the Rx you currently have refilled. It will even be cheaper if you have to go back to the Dr. too.

solution

I suggest you only go to a US pharmacy which requires you to fax in your medical records. It sounds to me like you have a documented case of panic disorder so all you'd have to do is get copies of your recent records talking about your condition and its even better that you've previously been prescribed the medication. Do not go to a place to that doesn't require records, this is illegal, and is beginning to be prosecuted. Places which ask for documentation and records are still totally legal. I'd suggest a place like youronlinedoctor.com or go to the message board at drugbuyers.com and read up on places. The prices really aren't that outrageous if you're in need. The records requiring places bring the costs down....its $120 for a phone consult plus probably $30 for 30 2mg generic xanax....and you get 2 refills...so the upfront cost is $150....but for the next two refills you only pay $30 plus shipping, not a bad deal. Much better than the no records places. But this is just my advice...good luck

consider using a less potent anxiolytic such as st johns wort. it has been shown to be about as effective as the tricyclics and you can get it at the health food shop

the only reason it isntprescribed as much as the others is because no one can exclusiviely sell it, so no one wants to put it through trials sonce there is no point spending 500 million if you cant get a patent

try non med approaches such as avoid caffiene/stimulants, relaxing music, breathing exercises...

good luck

Maybe, but my doctor wont call a new script in after my refills are up without a office visit, and thats not cheap as hell.

try explaining your situation to him. he might. even if he charges $100 for the office visit; 90 1mg generics are under $15 at some places; so you'll still save money.

gotcha, try doing what AustinTX said. or you could just smoke a fatty when your anxiety comes on
