Question on delt injections.

I have been doing my shots in the rear head of my delts. What I am wondering is if you can do them in the side delt or the front delt just as comforatably? I am using a 1 inch needle. Doea anyone know of a site that might show pictures of all the available areas in the delts to shoot?

I inject right in the center of the delt and yes 1 inch is long enough, I have pictures in my Anabolic Steroid book, but also I have seen many, many sites on the net,

Check out www.spotinjections.com for pics. To answer your question, I do rear and side delt shot on a regular basis with no probs, although it's geting harder to reach the rear delts as time goes on

never thought of doing them anywhere besides the side - may have to give it a shot as the side delts are not accepting any more oil at this time.

I do not think my delts are all that big and I use 1 inch and I can go all they way down. I recently ordered some 5/8th though and I am going to use those for the delts from here on out.

I def like the 5/8 for delts bis and tris, but I'm very low bf, so it works. They aint good for much else though.

My delts are fairly large. They have that cantoloupe slope to them so I guess they should be ok. No problems I have had in the rear delts.
